Diamond Vapes - Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless faulty).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The product must not fall under our non-returnable items list (see section 2).

To begin a return, please email us at info@diamondvapes.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval – they may not be accepted.

Returns can be handled in the following ways:

  • Click & Collect orders: Return directly to the store where the item was collected.

  • Local Delivery orders: Items can be returned in person to any Diamond Vapes store, or posted back to our main address.

  • UK National Delivery orders: Items should be returned by post to our main address (see section 7).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Used vape kits or tanks

  • Coils or pods once the seal is broken

  • Drip tips and accessories that come into contact with the mouth

We also cannot accept returns for clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase. If you are unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before sending anything back.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Where applicable, we may ask for:

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Details about how the fault occurred

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or further advice.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • This usually happens within 5 business days

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us at info@diamondvapes.co.uk.

6. Warranty

  • If your device develops a fault, you may return it to us within 28 days of purchase for inspection and resolution.

  • After 28 days, all warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.

  • Manufacturer warranties typically cover devices for 3-6 months, depending on the brand.

  • Warranties do not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
