2. Who Can Buy From Us

By placing an order with Diamond Vapes, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase vaping products in your location

  • All information supplied is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if these conditions are not met.

3. Age Verification

Diamond Vapes sells age-restricted products. You may be required to complete online age verification at checkout or via a third-party verification system. Failure to pass age verification will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Restrict quantities per customer

  • Amend or withdraw promotions at any time

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout before any order is processed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in-store)

  • Major debit and credit cards

  • Apple Pay

5. Delivery & Collection

Local Delivery

  • Available within a 5-mile radius of any Diamond Vapes store

  • Local delivery operates daily between 12pm and 10pm

  • Orders placed:

    • Before 12pm → Delivered by 1pm

    • Between 12pm–10pm → Delivered within 1 hour

    • After 10pm → Delivered by 1pm the following day

  • Delivery fee is displayed at checkout based on your location

Click & Collect

  • Available from all Diamond Vapes store locations

  • Orders are usually ready for collection within 30 minutes

  • Collection times are subject to store opening hours

  • You will receive confirmation when your order is ready

UK National Delivery (Royal Mail)

  • Royal Mail 48 Hour – £4.99

  • Royal Mail 24 Hour – £5.99

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

All delivery services, fees, and availability may be amended without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in line with UK Consumer Rights legislation. Full details can be found in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Used vape devices

  • Opened coils or tanks

unless the item is confirmed to be faulty on arrival.

7. Product Information

We take every care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on display devices

  • Product availability may change without notice

  • Specifications and pricing may be updated at any time

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit product sales by region or customer

  • Discontinue products at our discretion

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
