Diamond Vapes - Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Options

a. Local Delivery

We offer fast local delivery within a 5-mile radius of any Diamond Vapes store.

  • Local delivery operates daily between 12pm and 10pm

  • Orders placed:

    • Before 12pm → Delivered by 1pm

    • Between 12pm and 10pm → Delivered within 1 hour

    • After 10pm → Delivered by 1pm the following day

  • Local delivery pricing is calculated and shown at checkout based on your address

  • Availability is subject to driver capacity, store hours, traffic, and weather conditions

b. Click & Collect
  • Available from all four Diamond Vapes store locations

  • Orders are usually ready for collection within 30 minutes

  • Collection is subject to store opening times

  • You will receive confirmation when your order is ready to collect

  • Please bring valid photo ID when collecting age-restricted products

c. UK National Delivery (Royal Mail)

We currently offer the following Royal Mail services across the UK:

  • Royal Mail 48 Hour - £4.99

  • Royal Mail 24 Hour - £5.99

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Royal Mail operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays)

Tracking is provided where available.

2. Order Processing Times
  • Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day

  • During busy periods, promotions, or high-volume trading, dispatch times may be slightly extended

3. Delivery Delays & Contact

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to stock availability, courier issues, or unexpected demand.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your delivery postcode

This allows us to investigate and resolve your query as quickly as possible.

4. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@diamondvapes.co.uk

  • Please retain all packaging and damaged items

  • Where applicable, we may need to open a claim with Royal Mail

We will always work with you and the courier to reach a fair and timely resolution.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Diamond Vapes cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

  • Parcels returned to sender due to address errors

Additional re-delivery costs may apply in these situations.

6. International Shipping

At present, Diamond Vapes only ships to UK addresses. We do not currently offer international delivery.
